Nick is a Director within the Building Consultancy department managing the Leeds and Manchester teams. With 20+ years’ experience in the consultancy sector, Nick has a wealth of experience in both project management and ‘traditional’ Building Surveying professional services, specialising in dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall and project monitoring. Nick oversees a broad range of technical services for a wide variety of clients from both the private and public sectors.
