Director Richard Bellis joined MAC’s senior management team in 2021, bringing more than 18 years’ experience to the role working for both SME and International PLC Consultancies.
Joining as part of the firm’s Cost and Project Management team, and appointed to head up our Manchester office, he has an extensive and varied background which spans most construction sectors.
Richard has particular expertise in the delivery of cost and project management services for private developers in the industrial and commercial arenas.
