In 2024, MAC was appointed to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to deliver another successful project.
This latest project was the refurbishment of the existing Cherry Ward at St Peters Hospital, Chertsey, Surrey.
The completed project provided a 20-bed refurbished ward following a strip out, followed by a complete new fit out including all new M&E and replacement windows.
The works were carried out adjacent to live occupied wards therefore careful phasing and programming of the works was required in order to minimise disruption and noise to the neighbouring patients and staff.
The project was successfully completed on time, and ready for occupation prior to Christmas.
