MAC was appointed by the Victorious Academies Trust to secure CIF funding for roofing works at Yew Tree Primary School in Dukinfield.
MAC then provided ongoing Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, CDM Advisor, Principal Designer and Clerk of Works services on the project.
Phase 1 of the roofing works saw the urgent replacement of a roof that was in poor condition, resulting in water ingress. MAC then secured funding for the second block for phase 2.
The works were phased to ensure minimal disruption to the operation of the school, with the self-contained compound moving across the site following the completion of the first phase.
The school has been provided with new roofs, with latest industry standard insulation, new rooflights and LEDs integrated into new ceilings, breathing life back into both buildings.
MAC successfully delivered the project to time and to budget.
