Badby Primary School

MAC were appointed by Innovate Multi Academy Trust (iMAT) to help them understand and deliver solutions that would address the estates problems it was facing at Badby Primary School in Northamptonshire.

Manchester Life

Manchester Life is a joint venture between a private investor and Manchester City Council which aims to make significant contribution to achieving growth and prosperity in the Ancoats and New Islington areas of Manchester through the redevelopment of brownfield sites.

B&Q

MAC has been working closely with B&Q on several conversion projects to its existing stores across the country including general sales floor and back of house refurbishments, car park remedial works and façade replacements. These projects have ranged in value from £250,000 to over £1,000,000.

Holland and Barrett

Holland and Barrett has selected MAC as the sole Cost Management provider on the roll-out of its new ‘accessible wellness’ store concept across its existing sites in Chelmsford, Farnham and Islington. These projects range from £300,000 to £600,000.

Marks and Spencer

MAC has been appointed on a multi-year Marks and Spencer framework to provide Cost and Project Management and Construction Design Management (DDM) and Principal Designer services on various commissions including new full line stores, new Simply Food stores, trial specification stores, multi-store roll-out programmes and reactive and planned maintenance nationally.

The Silverstone Experience

Silverstone Heritage Ltd. approached MAC to assist them in the delivery of its new £20m British motor sport visitor attraction in Northamptonshire, which showcases the history of the circuit – through the war effort and as a racing circuit – and provides a detailed and interactive engineering and motorsport exhibition.

Kent Street Baths

MAC has been appointed by High Street Residential to work on a highly anticipated 504 bed build to rent scheme in the heart of Birmingham city centre. This will deliver a range of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments across five principle buildings ranging from seven to 19 storeys.

Rudding Park Spa

MAC Construction Consultants were appointed by Rudding Park and Enjoy Design to undertake the role of the Construction Design Management (CDM) Client Advisor and Principal Designer Advisor on its ambitious hotel extension project.

South Wigston High School

MAC Construction Consultants were appointed by South Wigston High School to oversee a roofing replacement scheme.

South Craven School

MAC Construction Consultants was appointed by South Craven School to oversee significant upgrades in the form of an ambitious roofing and fire safety scheme.

 

Ashford Theatre Ventilation Project

MAC were appointed to provide Cost Management services overseeing a £2.8m project at Ashford Hospital.

University of Leeds – Sir William Henry Bragg Building

MAC was appointed to deliver Access and Inclusion Consultancy services on the Sir William Henry Bragg Building at University of Leeds.

 

Travis Perkins – Worksop

The MAC team was appointed on behalf of @CEG to provide Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent and CDM Advisory services on a new 14,000 sq ft Travis Perkins warehouse in Worksop which involved the design and build of single storey industrial unit with associated external concrete yard and access road.

Yew Tree Primary School

MAC was appointed by the Victorious Academies Trust to secure CIF funding for roofing works at Yew Tree Primary School in Dukinfield. 

 

Braime Group PLC Warehouse Extension

 

The MAC team was appointed on behalf of Braime Group PLC to provide Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services on a project to deliver a new climate-controlled warehouse extension in Leeds.

Stannington Primary School

In 2021 MAC Construction Consultants was appointed by Peak Edge Trust to secure Condition Improvement Funding for the replacement of the roof coverings of Stannington Primary School.

Worksop Police Station Conversion

In 2021 MAC Construction Consultants were appointed by developers Bennell Ltd to act as Quantity Surveyors and Employers Agents in the conversion of Worksop’s former town centre police station.

Think Like a Pony

MAC Construction Consultants was appointed by charity Think Like a Pony to provide Cost Management and Contract Administration Services for the construction of a youth development centre, to include parking, indoor manège, outdoor manège and field shelter.

Braime Group PLC Chain Cell Rebuild

The MAC team was appointed on behalf of Braime Group PLC to provide Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services on a project to deliver the Chain Cell Rebuild project in Leeds.

North Herts College’s Stevenage Campus

In 2023, MAC provided Employers Agent and Principal Designer services at North Herts College’s Stevenage Campus.
